What you need to know about purchasing land at Bullocks Run

  • Where do I find pricing for each lot?
    Pricing is now displayed on the Bullocks Run website and can be accessed by clicking on the Land for Sale tab at the top of this page and viewing the Marketing Pricelist .
  • When will the construction of the subdivision be completed?

    The subdivision is now complete and all the relevant authorities have 'signed off'. Lot Registration has commenced for some purchasers and we are seeing various home under construction throughout the subdivision.

  • Can I purchase a block before the construction stage is finished?

    The construction of the subdivision is now complete. Deposits are being taken and contracts are being exchanged.

  • Is there access to public transport?

    Bullocks Run is within the planned routes for public bus transport and school bus collection & drop-off.

  • Where is the closest school?

    Forster Tuncurry, Nabiac and Taree provide a range of Primary and High School options for families. There is also a large range of Childcare and Early Learning centres in region.

  • What type of House can I build on my lot?

    The bullocks run land release blocks are zoned large lot residential and there are no designated building envelopes to restrict the location of your home on a specific site. Our sales team would be happy to answer any questions on building guidelines that you may have. Contact Us

  • What is included in the price of my lot?

    All lots in The Bullocks Run Land Release are for sale as ‘Land only’. All lots will include full access to all services, including, sewer, water and underground electricity.

  • Do you offer any house or land packages?

    There are various homes under construction and some are complete and on the market For Sale.   • If I relocate, are there many employment opportunities within the region?

    The Mid North Coast provides access to a diversified range of employment opportunities in industries including tourism, construction, farming, retail & general trade.

  • Can I subdivide a lot into smaller lots?

    Under current council guidelines, unfortunately no additional subdividing will be permitted. If you have any questions regarding this you may contact us to discuss.
